My interest in health and healing started many years ago and it has led me to explore many different natural and holistic therapies.

It became apparent very early on that my greatest interest was with Reflexology and I became a fully qualified practitioner in 1994.

I have also taken courses in Thai massage, spiritual healing, shiatsu and homeopathy, various dance and movement therapies and all manner of types of personal exploration.

My own journey in trying to keep physically, emotionally and spiritually healthy and balanced, has been invaluable in my ‘education’ for working within this field. It has proven to be very helpful in understanding and experiencing how healing processes can work.

I AM A MEMBER OF THE BRITISH REGISTER OF COMPLEMENTARY PRACTITIONERS (B.R.C.P) AND AM COVERED BY PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE.
